Today I finish 3 years of chaplain ministry at Anderson Motor Speedway. It has been a great blessing to work with Patrick Fant, Shirley and Sylvia Porter, the drivers, crew members, and officials. I will continue being chaplain for Southeast Super Trucks Series.
The reason for this change is that I have gone into evangelism and need to have more time with my family.
I pray AMS has a great 2016 season.

Men, this is another quote from Charles Price in his book "Christ for Real." This quote really got my attention this morning. I pray that it helps you as much as it helped me.
Jesus, I began to understand, was not under a pressure to get results from His ministry but to communicate truth and discharge the responsibility given to Him by His Father irrespective spective of whether or how people responded. He loved people more than He loved results.

The fdlowing is a statement made by Charles Price. I have grown to the same conclusion,
Do not, as I have sometimes heard done, distinguish between being a Christian and being a disciple with the idea that discipleship is on a deeper level. The word Christian began only as a nickname for disciples. "The disciples were first called Christians at Antioch" (Acts 11:26).

This is a special place in our area. It is a place to be quiet and alone with God. This place is called the Potters Place.
My daughter Hannah first heard about this place. God used the owners and the opportunity for her to have a quiet place to seek God, to transform, and settle her heart spiritually. Below are several pictures of one of the prayer cabins here. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Tonight I learned of a challenge being made on social media to disrespect the US flag. I would like to share a few thoughts for those who offered the challenge, and for those who plan to accept that challenge:
1. Repent and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.
It is obvious from the very brief look I had at your challenge, you have no godly morals.
2. The actions of those who offered the challenge are a disgrace to the memory, methods, and message of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
3. Choose a course of action that builds up rather than tares down.
If none of the above mentioned appeals to you please choose option #4.
4. Have the decency to leave the good Ole USA. Differences of opinion can be healthy. Vileness never can. Your challenge is vile.

There’s something irresistible about the genuine presence and activity of God. People don’t need to see us, but they desperately need to see Jesus. W. Cordeiro
